Some great group blogging software!

Hi Joce,

I've been playing around this morning with a FREE online environment called Apcala (a play on the word alpaca by the looks of the alpaca on the site!). It is a file sharing, blogging, connecting with others 'space' with some clever - invisible - tools for linking people with others. It also allows your personal space to be completely editable depending on your preferences and on your skills - the user decides.

I've set up a space for myself there to try out the features, etc. I think it's ideal for your students, but of course, login issues, etc may still be a problem (as you experienced logging in here). We can look into that more, but we can always register student first off, then they can log in and play to their heart's content!

BTW - Apcala are the same guys who are doing research into blogging, etc at ERADC.
